Results from new observations of broad-band X-ray spectral
variability of AGNs are presented. Data from the Suzaku
observatory can be used to decompose the multiple variable
components by using high S/N broad band spectra. The spectral
variability of many type 1 AGNs are described by a two
component model consising of a variable power law, a
constant Fe-K line, and a constant reflection continuum
on a time scale of a day. On shorter time scales, the shape
of Fe-K line often varies and supports the idea that a
fraction of Fe-K line comes from the inner part of an
accretion disk.
