Astro Simulation Group
Using CANS (Coordinated Astronomical Numerical Software), you can simulate solar, stellar, and interstellar hydrodynamic phenomena very easily. Here, you will find explanations and movie results of typical astrophysical simulation examples using CANS and also you can use its analyzation tools.
Space Plasma Group
Simulations of Solar-Terrestrial Space is made possible by Particle, Hybrid, and MHD simulations and through wave analysis utilities. Here, you can see examples and movie results through Web and also execute simulations.

Summer School
Numerical Astrophysics Summer School at Chiba University (2001.9)
Astro/Space Plasma Simulation Summer School at Nagaya Univ. (2002.9)

Astro/Space Plasma Simulation Summer School at Chiba Univ. (2004.9)
Numerical Experiment is a powerful tool for astro/space phenomena which are impossible to mimic in the ground laboratory. However, textbook for astrophysical simulations and lectures at undergraduate and graduate school are still under developing. Therefore, we have organized summer school in order to give introductory course of Numerical Astrophysics and extend the population of CANS users.
